  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (Optional for Healthy Fats)
  • 1 to 2 Cups Cold Water (Dependent on Desired Consistency)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup Frozen Fruit of Choice
  • 1 Cup Cold Liquid (Milk, Almond Milk, or Cold Water)
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Leafy greens (Frozen Baby Spinach is Great Starter Leafy Green)
  • 1 Tea Spoon of Chia Seeds (Optional for Health Fats + Fiber)

  • Optional – 1/2 a peeled avocado OR 1 teaspoon coconut oil
